About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Automotive Production and Prep Associate (2nd Shift) for an active vehicle finishing facility in Wentzville, MO (63385).

What You Will Do

• Surface Cleaning & Dusting: Blow out dust, clean truck beds, and scuff critical bed and tailgate areas using surface prep pads to ensure optimal liner adhesion.

• Taping & Precision Masking: Apply wire tape to outline tailgates for clean finish lines and apply double-layer protective plastic sheeting along truck exterior walls.

• Emblem & Logo Installation: Carefully place specified logos and branding inside truck beds prior to robotic spraying.

• Demasking & Quality Verification: Unwrap protective coverings, remove masking tape, clean finished surfaces, and verify that spray-in bed lining meets thickness specifications across all areas.

• Station Rotation: Cross-train and move across various prep, masking, and finishing stations to support daily plant output.

• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly follow all plant safety guidelines and protective gear requirements.

What You Need

• Licensing Requirement: Must possess a valid Driver's License.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work any day of the week, including mandatory weekends and mandatory overtime at the end of shifts based on production needs.

• Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and understand English to follow technical prep instructions and plant safety protocols.

• Physical Capability: Physical stamina to stand, bend, stretch, tape, and work around vehicles throughout full 2nd-shift operations.

• Shift Integrity Policy: Must adhere to facility policies (e.g., no family members or friends working on the same shift).

• Reliability: Exceptional attendance record, strong daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.
