About the Role

What You Will Do

• Palletizing & Stacking: Stack finished packaged cases onto pallets following established pattern guidelines and height requirements.

• Machine Operation: Observe and operate various production machinery, including powered conveyor lines and capping equipment.

• Supply Replenishment: Keep packaging stations fully stocked with bottles, caps, sleeves, labels, tape, and corrugated boxes.

• Line Monitoring & Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging for defects; monitor active lines to spot and resolve jams, accumulation, or mispackaged items quickly.

• Minor Maintenance & Sanitation: Clean machinery and make basic adjustments to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely.

• Safety Adherence: Follow all safety rules and protocols when working around powered production equipment.

What You Need

• Attention to Detail: Sharp visual awareness to spot line jams, packaging defects, and incorrect product labeling.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for full shifts, lift and stack cases, and perform repetitive hands-on packaging work.

• Work Ethic & Safety Focus: Commitment to following safety guidelines for powered machinery and maintaining a clean work area.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality, strong attendance record, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63110.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and evaluations.
