Bilingual Logistics Trainer (Spanish/English)

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Night Shift
Location: Eau Claire, WI

Help Build a Skilled Logistics Team

We are seeking a Bilingual Logistics Trainer to support employee training and development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for training employees within the logistics department, maintaining training records, translating work-related information, and helping ensure consistent processes throughout logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct training for logistics employees.

Deliver new hire orientation and job-specific training.

Prepare, organize, and maintain training materials, procedures, attendance records, and related documentation.

Maintain employee training records and monitor training completion.

Translate and communicate work instructions and operational information in both English and Spanish.

Partner with team members to support standardized processes and best practices.

Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.

Support special projects and other assigned duties.

Help reinforce safe work practices and company procedures.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Previous logistics or warehouse experience required.

Experience in distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize priorities and work independently.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and effectively train employees with varying experience levels.

Work Environment

This position works within both office and manufacturing environments. Candidates should be comfortable spending time on the production floor and in logistics areas while conducting hands-on training and supporting employees.

Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, production, or employee training may be an excellent fit for this opportunity.
