Express Employment Professionals is seeking Landscaping Laborers to support local clients during peak season. Start Immediately! These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to high‑quality property maintenance and improvement projects. Hours will be between 25-40 depending on property needs, weather, etc. This position does include staying on through winter for snow removal.
Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation
Spread mulch, soil, gravel, and other materials
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (hand tools, trimmers, mowers)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
Follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a crew
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience and valid driver's license required
