Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Production Trainer to support employee training and development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and conducting training for production employees while helping ensure consistent processes, standardized work, and effective communication throughout the production department. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule, and conduct training for production employees. Maintain training records and training materials, including manuals, procedures, handouts, attendance records, and other documentation. Work with team members to support process control, standardized work, and production best practices. Communicate technical concepts effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing. Assist with training needs assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. Help identify process improvements and support reliability enhancements within the production environment. Create and maintain procedures and documentation as needed and assist with special projects and department needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and verbal

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing-related experience

Minimum 2 years of consecutive employment with one employer

Ability to read, interpret, and translate work documents

Strong communication, coaching, and training skills

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment

Basic math skills required

Training & Development Responsibilities

Support employee development through new hire orientation, general safety training, quality systems training, and position-specific training. Help monitor training effectiveness, reinforce learning, and adapt training approaches to meet different learning styles.

Important Information

This is a training-focused position and does not include supervisory or management responsibilities.

This position follows a 2-2-3 schedule on a straight night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and does not rotate to days.

Manufacturing Experience Welcome

Applicants with experience in manufacturing, production, factory operations, machine operation, warehouse operations, machining, CNC machining, welding, or similar industrial environments may have transferable experience that aligns well with this opportunity.
