DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION CLEANING CREW

Full-Time | Long-Term | Lots of Overtime | Abilene, TX

We are hiring a large number of dependable workers to join our cleaning crew at a major data center construction project in Abilene, TX.

This is a FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM position — NOT temporary! If you're looking for steady work and the opportunity to earn significant overtime, this is a great opportunity.

💰 PAY & SCHEDULE

🌙 NIGHT SHIFT — $24.15/hour

• 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Monday – Saturday
• Up to 60–70 hours per week
• Overtime available

☀️ DAY SHIFT — $21.00/hour

• 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Saturday
• Up to 60–70 hours per week
• Overtime available

🧹 WHAT YOU'LL DO

This position supports the construction of a large-scale data center. Your job is to help keep the construction site clean, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Sweeping and pushing a broom throughout the jobsite
• Picking up and removing trash and construction debris
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Assisting with general cleanup around the construction site
• Following all site safety rules and procedures
• Working as part of a large team

• Able to work in a construction environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend and perform physical work for extended periods
