<h2>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2>

<h3>Food &amp; Meal Preparation</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with daily food and meal preparation.</li>
<li>Support the manager with daily food service operations.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of quality in food production.</li>
<li>Assist with meal service as needed.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Records &amp; Administrative Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate cash receipts and meal records.</li>
<li>Assist the manager with completing daily reports.</li>
<li>Ensure required records and documentation are maintained accurately.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Sanitation &amp; Kitchen Safety</h3>
<ul>
<li>Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and food service area.</li>
<li>Follow established procedures for safe food handling and preparation.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout daily operations.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Additional Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work cooperatively with managers and other food service staff.</li>
<li>Follow company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>

<h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3>

<li>Previous food service, kitchen, cafeteria, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.</li>
<li>Experience in a healthcare or senior living food service environment is a plus.</li>
<li>Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.</li>
