Pay:  $25.00/hour DOE 🕒 Full-Time | Monday-Friday | On-Call Rotation Required

Are you passionate about recruiting, problem solving, and helping keep operations running smoothly? We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Vessel HR & Recruiter/Coordinator to join our team in Lynden, WA.

In this vital role, you'll support vessel staffing needs through recruiting, employee coordination, travel arrangements, and HR administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

 

What You'll Do

Vessel Crew Coordination

Coordinate vessel crew rotations and staffing needs
Work closely with vessel captains regarding port arrivals, staffing, and medical needs
Arrange flights, lodging, transportation, and meals for incoming and outgoing crew
Maintain consistent communication with crew members during rotations
Assist with injury reporting and communication with insurance providers
 

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Develop and implement proactive recruiting strategies
Source and attract qualified candidates
Track applicants and maintain employment records
Support onboarding and personnel documentation
Represent the company at occasional hiring and recruiting events

💰 Pay & Additional Earnings

Starting at $25.00/hour DOE
Potential for overtime
On-call pay:
$110 per weekday
$165 per weekend day
