A local nonprofit in Maple Mount, KY is looking for a Temporary Clerical Assistant to work alongside their Coordinator of Partnerships, for a 3 month project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Here’s what you’d be doing:

• Making follow-up calls for an annual giving campaign

• Confirming addresses and assisting with mailings

• Entering donation information into Microsoft Excel

• Scanning correspondence and documents

• Answering phones and providing general office support

The details:
📍 Maple Mount, KY — about 20 minutes from downtown Owensboro
🗓 Monday–Friday
⏰ 4-hour shifts / 20 hours per week
📅 3-month temporary assignment, starting immediately
💰 $15.00/hour
