Salary: 70k-75k

 

Responsibilities:

- Schedule domestic trucks to and from vendors

- Coordinate the scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills, shipping labels, and tracking.

- Checking with warehouse that freight is ready to go.

A successful candidate will possess experience working with the following :

• Fedex
• UPS
• Distribution List
• National and International Shipping
• Bill of Lading
• Commercial Invoicing
• Truck Scheduling
• UPS World Ship
• Front End Logistics Experience

Person must possess good organizational skills, professional attitude, and the ability to work without close supervision.

Person must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Person must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and experience with computer-based ERP systems is highly preferred.

Experience in the manufacturing environment .
