Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Lincolnshire, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to grow with a well-established company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand and power tools, interpreting drawings and specifications, and assembling products to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of products using engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly processes.
• Perform bench machine operations as required.
• Inspect assembled components to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, production staff, and quality personnel to resolve assembly or quality issues.
• Follow all company safety policies, ISO quality standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Assist with training other employees when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when business needs require.
