A growing manufacturing company is seeking Packers to assist with the inspection, packaging, and preparation of finished products. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enter manufacturing and grow into machine operation or leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Count, sort, and package products according to specifications
• Label and prepare completed orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist production team members as needed
• Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
