Starting Pay: $15.00/Hour

An established manufacturing company is looking for dependable individuals to support printing operations. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and the opportunity to develop into a skilled machine operator role.

Responsibilities:

• Feed materials into printing equipment during production runs
• Assist machine operators with setup and production tasks
• Monitor material flow and product quality
• Remove finished materials and prepare them for the next production stage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
• Follow safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and quality
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
