Qualifications

• Previous experience in sandblasting, machine operation, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, measurements, layouts, and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment.
• Ability to recognize quality issues and make appropriate adjustments.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a production team.
