Summary

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and repair incoming tools according to established specifications.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment used during the repair process.
• Evaluate incoming repairs and determine warranty status.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain repair and inventory information in computer systems.
• Meet individual and department goals while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, quality, reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reliable, personable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated go-getter who demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using test equipment and learning tool repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Able to consistently lift 3 to 10 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Able to accurately follow procedures, enter data, and work toward individual and department goals.
