OVERVIEW

Seeking dependable and detail-oriented Stockroom Specialists to support a stockroom and storage room reorganization project within an aviation maintenance facility. This role involves inventory counting, documentation, labeling, warehouse organization, and material handling. Associates will assist with assembling shelving and storage systems, relocating equipment and materials, organizing parts and records, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accurate physical counts of inventory, parts, and materials
• Take photographs of inventory items for tracking and documentation purposes
• Label parts, bins, shelves, and storage locations accurately
• Assemble shelves, cabinets, and storage systems
• Move equipment, inventory, and materials throughout the facility
• Assist with setting up and organizing parts rooms and storage areas
• Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems or spreadsheets
• Sort, stage, and categorize parts, materials, and records
• Organize records storage areas and warehouse workspaces
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the project
• Follow inventory control, asset management, and workplace safety procedures
• Work with supervisors and team members to complete project milestones on schedule

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, or cameras for documentation purposes
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment, parts, and materials as needed
• Comfortable performing physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and follow direction from supervisors
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
