Day Shift 1 Paper Production Associate 

Now Hiring: Paper Production Associate 
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Paper Production Associate position. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and are comfortable working around moisture and wet conditions.

Schedule

• 12 Hour Shifts 6am-6pm
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Every Other Saturday
• Consistent weekly schedule with potential for overtime

Job Duties

• Load and feed paper pulp into production machinery
• Monitor equipment during the production process
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of paper-processing equipment
• Remove finished materials and stage products for the next process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures
• Work in a wet and humid production environment throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in wet, damp, and industrial conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment
