General Manufacturing Laborer

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00/hour DOE 

Shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am 

 

We are looking for dependable, hardworking General Manufacturing Laborers to join a fast-paced production team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, packaging, material handling, machine operation, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. 

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and general production tasks
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools as trained
• Inspect parts and materials for quality
• Maintain accurate material counts
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow company safety procedures at all times 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
