Job Summary:

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join a manufacturing team as a Full-Time CNC Machine Operator. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery, producing precision parts, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Location:

Duties:
• Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and specifications.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications.
• Monitor production output and identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Ensure machines and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
· Previous CNC machining, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
