We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator with strong hands-on experience in CNC press brake operations, complex forming, and interpreting engineering drawings.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and confident working with advanced CNC press brake equipment in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce precision components.

• Perform bump forming and complex forming operations on a variety of materials.

• Select appropriate tooling and machine settings based on job requirements.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.

• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain consistent part quality.

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Work efficiently while meeting production schedules and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in bump forming and complex forming operations.

• Strong knowledge of CNC press brake operation, machine setup, and tooling selection.

• Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience working with advanced CNC press brake equipment is highly valued.
