Express Employment Professionals is working with a client in the Webster NY area in need of experienced Machine Operators on B shift.
Hours are Monday - Friday 3p - 11:30p pay starting at $19.50/hr
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Set-Up Machine Operator will focus on the operation and set up of the following plasma cutting and pipe processing machines: Ajan, Koike, Vernon, Gantry, Machitek.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:• Operate Ideal’s various Machinery including our CNC Pipe Profiling Machine, Robotic Crane Arm, Plasma/Flame Cutting table and the Tube plasma pipe cutter• Set up/adjust machines as necessary• Load and move material via Forklift• Deburr parts• Input job specifications into the computer• Measure, count, and maintain job order accuracy
