Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a HOA Violation Inspection Driving position for an Home Owners Association based in Manatee County, FL
Duties:
- Observe properties and common areas for potential violations, including Lawn and landscaping maintenance, Unauthorized vehicles, boats, trailers, or recreational equipment, Improper trash or recycling container placement, Exterior property maintenance, Unauthorized signs, structures, or modifications, Paint, fencing, roofing, or other architectural issues.
- Record property addresses, dates, times, and descriptions of observed conditions.
- Take clear photographs of potential violations using company-approved equipment or software.
- Enter inspection information accurately into HOA compliance or property-management software.
- Follow established inspection routes, schedules, and community-specific standards.
- Distinguish between observable conditions and personal opinions; document facts objectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of homeowner and community information.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, residents, vendors, and HOA representatives when necessary.
- Report urgent maintenance, safety, or property concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation or ability to operate a company vehicle, as applicable.
- Previous experience in HOA/community association management, property inspections, code compliance, property management, or field inspections is helpful but not required.
- Basic computer and smartphone/tablet skills.
- Ability to take clear photographs and enter information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to walk through neighborhoods and inspect properties from publicly accessible areas.
- Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, camera, and other inspection equipment.
