Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties:

Perform a variety of production, machine operation, assembly, and material handling duties throughout the facility.
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment after completing required training and demonstrating safe work practices.
Follow work instructions, product drawings, specifications, and quality standards to produce accurate, high-quality products.
Inspect completed work using measuring tools and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material discrepancies promptly.
Assist with equipment adjustments, basic troubleshooting, machine changeovers, and routine operator maintenance within the scope of training.
Move between departments and work assignments as production needs change.
Support assembly, machine operation, welding-related activities, and other production functions when qualified.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, housekeeping standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, wire-forming, or welding experience preferred.
Mechanical, maintenance, welding, or other hands-on technical training is a plus.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality inspections.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to adapt to changing assignments and support multiple departments as needed.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
