We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and professional government facility in DeKalb, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday evening hours and supplemental income.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize offices and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to schedule
- Maintain a professional, safe, and orderly environment
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but dependability and attention to detail are especially important.
Because this position is located in a government facility, candidates must be able to successfully complete all required screening and facility-access requirements before beginning work.
