Position Overview

This company is seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join their growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will help clients develop financial strategies, manage investment goals, and make informed decisions regarding their financial future.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
Develop personalized financial plans and recommendations.
Review investment portfolios and provide ongoing guidance.
Educate clients on retirement, investment, and wealth-management strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Monitor client accounts and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
Maintain accurate client records and follow company compliance procedures.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
Financial services or client-facing experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients.
Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
Relevant securities or financial licenses are a plus.
