Account Manager – Strategic Accounts (Industrial/PVF) | No Cold Calling

Our client, a Canadian family-owned industrial supply company serving oil & gas, industrial processing, construction and infrastructure clients across North & Latin America for nearly 40 years, is hiring an Account Manager to own strategic customer relationships as we grow.

 

The role: You'll onboard for 3–6 months learning our products, ERP, suppliers and customers — then progressively take ownership of your own portfolio of strategic North American accounts. This is "farming," not "hunting": your job is trusted advisor and account owner, not quota-chasing closer.

 

What you bring:

· 3–5+ years in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Industrial Sales

· Degree/diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

· Experience in PVF, industrial distribution, oil & gas, or manufacturing preferred

· ERP experience (SAP, Epicor, Prophet 21, Oracle, Dynamics)

· Strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills
