Call Center Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with product-related questions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
