Express Employment Professionals has a multi-faceted warehouse opportunity that gives you the chance to do more than just pick, pack, and move boxes.

We are hiring for a Hybrid Warehouse / Production Lab Associate with a local company that manufactures and distributes specialty adhesive products.

This position combines warehouse, production, lab-style mixing, packaging, shipping, and forklift duties — making it a great opportunity for someone who likes variety and enjoys staying busy throughout the day. Client will train you on the sit down forklift

What You’ll Be Doing

Production / Lab Work

• Follow detailed written recipes and production instructions

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately

• Use scales, measuring cups, beakers, and funnels

• Package and label finished materials

• Maintain accuracy throughout the mixing and production process

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Warehouse / Shipping

• Read and follow paper pick tickets

• Pick and pack customer orders

• Assemble and package materials according to shipping instructions

• Prepare orders for shipment

• Complete basic data entry

• Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties

• Move, push, pull, and lift materials throughout the day

Forklift

• Assist with material movement using sit-down/reach equipment

• Forklift training will be provided by the client

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow recipes and written instructions accurately

• Comfortable with basic measuring and math

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Basic computer/data-entry skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., with most materials weighing 20–40 lbs.

• Willing to wear required PPE

• Comfortable working in a clean, lab-style production environment

• No cell phone use on the production floor

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay

$19.00–$20.00/hour
