The Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting inquires, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customers lifecycle. This role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Must have excellent customer relationship management, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, time management and organizational skills. Must have previous customer service, order management, or relatable experience, strong communication skills, experience with cloud-based order entry systems and ERP platforms preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication, strong phone skills, ability to work independently are a must for this position.
