Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Sales/Design Associate for a local Valdosta company specializing in rugs and residential design products. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys sales, design, and helping clients find the right solutions for their homes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide design services and assistance to clients
• Assist walk-in customers and existing clients with product selections and sales
• Learn and maintain knowledge of product lines, materials, and techniques
• Build strong customer relationships and confidently close sales
• Maintain an organized, professional, and visually appealing showroom
• Manage, organize, and update product samples
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and design process
Schedule & Pay
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Full-Time
• Pay: Based on experience
Qualifications
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Residential design and/or residential sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate product and technical information to customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally computer-literate
• Ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and dedication to clients
