Machine Operator / Metal Polisher 

We are seeking dependable production associates for a hands-on manufacturing position involving machine operation, robotic equipment, metal polishing, and quality inspection. Candidates must be able to work a 12-hour shift and required overtime. 

 

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift	5:00 AM - 5:00 PM  Monday - Friday	$17.50/hour
2nd Shift	5:00 PM - 5:00 AM  Monday - Friday	$18.50/hour

Overtime is required as needed. 

 

Job Duties 

• Operate production machinery and robotic equipment used to polish silverware and hardware components 

• Use polishing equipment to remove spurs, burrs, and excess material from metal parts 

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards 

• Monitor equipment and the polishing process for consistent product quality 

• Meet established production quotas for each product and assigned shift 

• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

PPE Requirements 

• Steel-toe footwear is required 

• All other required PPE will be provided by the employer 

Ideal Candidate 

• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance 

• Comfortable working around machinery and robotic equipment 

• Detail-oriented and able to identify defects or excess material on metal parts 

• Able to maintain productivity and meet production expectations throughout the shift 

• Available to work the full scheduled shift and required overtime
