Salary: $25-35/hr.

We are seeking skilled and adaptable Welder/Fabricators in the Liberal area. 

Responsibilities include:

• Fabricate and weld equipment and structures according to specifications.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

• Work with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and hand sketches.

• Visualize finished products and determine the appropriate fabrication approach.

• Adapt to different projects, materials, and fabrication requirements.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Travel occasionally to offsite projects, including overnight stays when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

• Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and hand sketches.

• Strong ability to visualize the finished product and work independently.

• Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of fabrication projects.

• Must successfully pass a fabrication/welding test.

• Must have steel-toe boots and a 25-foot tape measure.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Weekends and overtime as needed.

• Occasional overnight travel to offsite projects may be required.
