Assist with the production and assembly of candles.
Prepare materials and components for each stage of production.
Assemble, label, package, and inspect products according to instructions.
Check finished candles for quality and report defects or production concerns.
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked with needed materials.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
Dependability and the ability to maintain a consistent work pace throughout a 10-hour shift.
Attention to detail and pride in producing a quality product.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Willingness to perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks.
Availability for mandatory Friday overtime during peak season.
Day and night shift opportunities are available.
