The Prep Assistant will support daily bakery production by preparing and finishing desserts, including frosting cakes and cupcakes, scooping cookie dough, and assembling pies and cheesecakes. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes and processes exactly, and the ability to work with urgency. Monday-Friday 8am-1pm.
