Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse / Dock Associate for a company in Delphi, IN. This position supports daily warehouse and dock operations, including loading and unloading shipments, preparing materials for transport, and keeping the work area safe and organized.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and secure materials, pallets, skids, containers, and other products

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness

• Prepare products and materials for shipment

• Use pneumatic and power tools, including torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns

• Assist with moving materials using manual and mechanical equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock area

• Follow established safety procedures

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience

• Previous forklift experience preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

• Must be able to work the full shift in a smoke-free facility
