A leading industrial distribution and supply company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse staff. What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, shipping, and distribution
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Support order fulfillment, staging, and material movement
• Monitor warehouse performance and KPI goals
• Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures
• Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to meet customer needs
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed [WIS - WH MGR | Word]

We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of warehouse management experience
• Prior warehouse operations experience required
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience coaching and managing warehouse teams
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems [WIS - WH MGR | Word]
