Plastic Injection Molding Operator

Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour DOE
Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Plastic Injection Molding Operators for a growing medical manufacturing company in North Phoenix. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, climate-controlled production environment focused on producing high-quality medical products.

We are seeking dependable candidates with at least one year of plastic injection molding experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing company.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as needed
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow GMP, safety, and manufacturing procedures at all times
• Communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of plastic injection molding experience required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Experience performing quality inspections and identifying defects
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
