About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support inventory accuracy and order fulfillment for a high-volume logistics facility in Grapevine, TX.
In this role, you will play a critical part in day-to-day warehouse operations—from picking and packing freight to managing inventory records and operating material handling equipment. This is a great opportunity for a proactive team player who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and thrives in an fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, stage, and verify customer orders against packing lists and shipping manifests.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to receive, move, and stack materials throughout the facility.

Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to execute inventory transactions, track item movements, and maintain system accuracy.

Discrepancy Resolution: Review inventory reports, conduct physical counts, investigate stock variances, and report discrepancies to leadership.

Operational Communication: Draft and respond to routine internal and customer emails clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.

Autonomous Execution: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manage assigned tasks independently throughout your shift.
Qualifications & Requirements

Forklift Certification/Experience: Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Software Skills: Hands-on experience with CargoWise or SAP preferred; comfortable learning new warehouse management systems (WMS).

Inventory & Fulfillment Expertise: Prior experience utilizing RF scanning equipment, performing cycle counts, and managing order picking/packing workflows.

Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to compose clear, accurate operational emails.

Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a history of reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work safely around machinery.
