Now Hiring – Full-Time Distribution Associate II | Sparks Distribution Center

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity at a smaller Hospital Linen Material Distribution Center in Sparks! If you have warehouse experience and are looking for a stable schedule with growth potential, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.00/hour (temporary rate) with a raise upon hire

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, no lunch but you get 2 15 minute breaks. 

• Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading, shipping/receiving. picking/packing, cleaning 

• Operate forklifts (experience preferred, client will train the right candidate) 

• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standards

• Meet daily quotas efficiently. 

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow company policies and work instructions

Qualifications

• Basic math and literacy skills. 

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently

• Comfortable standing for long periods

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Previous warehouse experience

• Willing to cross-train in all departments 

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
