Salary: $21.00/HR
The Yard Hand position is more focused on outdoor equipment, loading trucks/railcars, and moving materials.
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM
Rotation: 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on; then 2 off, 2 on, 3 off
Operate a front-end loader, Bobcat, SkyTrak and Trackmobile
Load trucks and railcars
Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks
Perform grain testing for moisture, protein and aflatoxin
Fuel, inspect and maintain equipment
Clean the yard and work areas
Complete checklists and production/shipping records
Assist plant operators when needed
Work around moving equipment and outdoors in varying weather
Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
