Machine Operator – Entry Level

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for an entry-level Machine Operator position. This role involves operating molding equipment, assisting with the manufacturing process, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate molding machines efficiently and safely

• Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures

• Complete assigned production tasks accurately and in a timely manner

• Inspect work throughout each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

• Assist with assembly, general warehouse duties, shipping, and inventory as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications:

• Entry-level; previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong hand-eye coordination

• Ability to follow directions and established procedures

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to evaluate your own work throughout the manufacturing process

• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to reach, bend, and perform repetitive movements

• Ability to perform medium lifting as required
