General Laborer

Express Employment is searching for qualified general laborers to start in the Hattiesburg and surrounding areas!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties to support daily operations and projects
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled workers and supervisors with assigned tasks
• Prepare job sites and work areas for daily work
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Clean and maintain job sites, work areas, and equipment
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and material handling throughout the workday
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and other physical tasks as required
• Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers (often requiring certification).
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping aisles clear and following safety protocols.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Forklift Experience not required but preferred. 
• The ability to work independently and part of a team.
