Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate for a busy warehouse operation in Hillside, NJ.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating a reach truck and be comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse duties. This is not strictly a forklift position. Candidates must be willing to assist with loading, unloading, moving materials and general warehouse labor throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack and organize materials.

Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.

Perform general warehouse labor, including lifting, carrying and moving materials.

Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment.

Organize inventory and maintain designated storage areas.

Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory management.

Conduct basic equipment inspections and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous reach truck operating experience required.

Experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics environments preferred.

Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.

Comfortable loading, unloading and handling materials.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Reliable, punctual and willing to assist with all warehouse responsibilities.
