Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local client!

Are you detail-oriented, professional, and looking for a long-term career opportunity? We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers, managing administrative tasks, and working as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
• Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems
• Perform light administrative and office support duties
• Assist with bookkeeping-related tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay

• $21.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
