Metal Final Finishing Technician

Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Operate grinders, polishers, and grit blast equipment to remove surface imperfections
• Learn advanced polishing and metal finishing techniques
• Inspect castings using visual inspection methods and precision measuring tools
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Wax Room Technician

Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor wax injection equipment
• Set up wax pattern dies and injection presses according to blueprints and work instructions
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on wax patterns
• Identify and correct defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with maintaining production efficiency and workflow

Tube Form Drill Technician (Night Shift)

Pay: $23.10/hour

Job Duties:

• Bend, drill, tap, cut, polish, and deburr metal tubing
• Operate roller benders, trim machines, sizing equipment, and bead-forming machinery
• Read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Conduct inspections to verify product quality
• Maintain production and safety standards throughout the shift

FPI Operator (Night Shift)

Pay: $23.10/hour

Job Duties:

• Review blueprints, routers, work orders, and specifications for non-destructive testing processes
• Assist Level II Technicians with testing setup and equipment operation
• Perform process-control inspections and document results accurately
• Follow quality assurance procedures and safety protocols
• Support production goals while maintaining strict quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Comfortable working with machinery, manufacturing equipment, and power tools

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
• Facility is located approximately 15 miles outside of Butte

Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required for all positions. Training is available for motivated candidates willing to learn.
