What You'll Do

• Oversee a transitional shelter serving about 9 mothers and families
• Complete client intakes and address critical needs first, including physical, dental, and mental health
• Work through each family's program checklist and keep them on track toward graduating from the program within six months
• Hold clients accountable with compassion and clear boundaries
• Drive a company van to appointments as needed
