• Monday – Friday
• First Shift, 8am – 5pm
• MUST speak fluent English and Spanish!

Duties:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter and update customer information and order details in the company system
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, pricing, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns and work with internal teams to find solutions
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure orders are handled correctly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help build positive, long-term relationships with customers through reliable and responsive service

What we look for…

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Customer service experience preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially when entering orders and customer information
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through
• Experience in food distribution, wholesale, or order entry is a plus, but not required
