Express Employment currently seeking Direct Hire Candidates for a company in Shelbyville for Full-Time Direct Hire Opportunities. 

 

Responsibilities:

• As Laminator Operator, you will be responsible for the production of laminated substrates in the

  flexible packaging process. As Operator you will be required to laminate material to customer

  specifications. The Laminator Operator will work together with maintenance to keep the machine

  running at optimum conditions. Also work with team and management to improve the lamination

  process.

• Laminate flexible plastics that specialize in fresh pharmaceutical packaging.

  · Work with coworkers in a Safe working environment.

  · Operate Machine with moving parts, nip rollers, and ovens.

  · Able to make intelligent and logical decisions that pertain to the lamination department.

  · Handling of adhesives and other chemicals.

  · Report to Shift Supervisor.

  · Must be punctual and have good attendance

Requirements:

• Ability to Pass Background Check 
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen 
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Required 

• Knowledge and Experience

  · 1 year in Manufacturing and Production.

  · Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in lamination.

  Education and Certifications

  · High School Diploma or equivalent.
