A growing international manufacturer in Hendersonville is hiring 2 Manufacturing Associates for small-component assembly. What You’ll Do

• Assemble small components in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment

• Use tweezers, small hand tools, and small power tools

• Inspect small parts for quality and accuracy

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures

• Stand throughout the shift

• Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed

What We’re Looking For

• No previous manufacturing experience required – training is provided!

• Strong attendance and dependability

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work with very small components

• Ability to visually inspect detailed assembly work

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Your Pay Can Grow With You

Once hired permanently, employees are eligible for tenure-based increases:

• 7–12 months: +$0.50/hour

• 12–18 months: +$1.00/hour

• 19–24 months: +$1.00/hour

• 25–35 months: +$0.50/hour
