Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a warehouse supervisor position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a background in Amazon operations to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse operations, and a proven track record with Amazon's systems and processes.

DETAILED SUMMARY:  

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and accuracy
• Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers, vendors, and customers
• Utilize Amazon systems and software for inventory management and order processing.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Amazon-specific logistics, including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes
• Mail Machine Operator experience, preferred
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
• Previous experience in a warehouse operations position is often preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
